Arrowhead Executive Search was started over 8 years ago by Michael Glemser. Michael was the former Director of Staffing for W.L. Gore and Associates’ Medical Division. Prior to W. L. Gore, Michael was Staffing Manager at Bose Corporation and was the top producing recruiter at SearchAmerica, Inc.

Currently Arrowhead employs 3 account managers and one sourcing/research specialist. We also have immediate access to a team of researchers for retained searches. Our account managers work both retained and contingency searches. Michael works only on a retained basis.
